4.In order for me to do this, you have be a natural person who is over 18 years' old.
5.If you are interested in my work you can:
a) Call me at +48605602722 and visit me at my atelier in Warsaw. Seeing my works in person will quickly answer your question whether you would like to share a room with them in your everyday life. I will be happy to talk about art and your individual needs. If necessary, I can lend a painting so that you could see how it looks in your interior. I will also help to choose a watercolor frame. The appropriate passe-partout will complete the ideal piece of art.
SHIPPING COSTS:
watercolor - 16 PLN in Poland / 40 PLN in UE countries
oil on canvas - costs included in Poland / UE countries - after agreement.
b) If you don't have the opportunity and time to come to my atelier, I can
send the work you are interested in. The shipping cost can be found here.
b1) I send works within 3 business days after receiving the transfer from you.
The exception is the time when I am on vacation. Vacation information is included on How to buy on my website.
. In such cases I will arrange specific date of the delivery individually.
b2)I attach a certificate of authenticity to each work, confirming its
originality and legality of its acquisition.
b3) I send the works via courier or InPost.
b4) Once the package arrives, immediately check if it hasn't been damaged. If the case is such, you should make a report in the attendandce of the courier.
b5) If the work does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date it was received. I do not bear the cost of sending back the work - it is on your side.
b6) The work you return cannot be damaged or changed in any way.
6. The photos of the works on my website may differ in color to the originals due to the different properties and configuration of computer hardware.
7. Remember that by buying my work you only acquire the right to display it in private space. Any form of commercial use requires additional arrangements and obtaining the appropriate license.
8.None of the purchase policy points are intended to violate your consumer rights and they can't be interpreted in such a way because that if any of my hop's rules is incompatible with the applicable law, I declare immediate replacemant of the rule in question.
9. In matters not covered by this content, the applicable law is applied. Disputes are dealt with by the court having competent subject matter jurisdiction.
10. By purchasing my work, you voluntarily consent to me processing your data in accordance with the data security requirements specified in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. These data will not be transferred or sold to other entities, it will only be processed for purchase to be completed. At the same time I inform you that you have the right to inspect your data and amend it.
11. The above set of rules is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Its sole purpose is to invite you to make a purchase (art. 71 of the Civil Code)
